Thought of the week

Continuation from last week

The fifth weighty characteristic which a leader or manager must have is the ability to stimulate initiative and enterprise amongst the workers.  Blessed are the Muslims that the main factor which moves and stimulates them is the faith in Allah and a desire for a reward in the next life, however still the true director or leader is one who can stimulate those under his command to pool their resources and energies towards the higher goals - both material and spiritual!

To be continued.
