Further to the Circular from World Federation we have received the
following clarification for Mumineen in Sweden:

For followers of Ayatullah Seestani, the first of Ramadan will
Inshallah be on Sunday 17th October 2004.

For followers of Ayatulah Khui, however, there are chances that
their first of Ramadan can start on Saturday 16th October 2004. This
would be if they can confirm sighting in places they share the night
with. Sweden shares night with East Africa, Iran, etc, where the
chances of seeing the new crescent is quite high. If the followers of
Al Khui are able to acertain sighting, then they could follow the
reports and start Ramadan tomorrow.

The Mahe Ramadhan Programme will be held in according to the circular
distributed and the 'Announcement for Mahe Ramadhan 1425' made previously.
