will inshaAllah be held on the 14th of August.

2- Passing of minutes
3- Information of reparation
4- Proposal about lawajam raise
5- Maulana Issue
6- Ramazan programme
7- Any other business (only written motions send to us by the 30th of July)

Any members wishing to discuss any other business, their motions has to be sent
in writing latest by the 30th of July, to the Hon. Secretary.

The meeting will be held after the Wiladat Majalis of Imam Ali (AS).
